We try to keep things humorous here at BroBroBroDude but this seemed kind of important. A couple of days ago the Supreme Court ruled that the police can simply claim they heard something coming from your house and call it the "exigent circumstances" doctrine of the Fourth Amendment, break down your door and arrest you without a warrant. This was the decision made in the case of Kentucky Vs. King. The Fourth Amendment States that 'The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.'
